It’s been an exciting week for us at Bilingual Readers as we prepare for our official launch in Spain next week. On Tuesday we were featured in the Culture section of ADN (the free metro newspaper) and today we were featured on one of our favorite blogs on bilingualism, Spanglish Baby. We’re so excited to see how our books are being treated by the press, and we’re absolutely dizzy with pre-launch spirit.
Of course, all this attention has caused us to receive many emails from families who want to know where they can buy our books. This is an excellent question, which we are happy to answer. For those of you in Spain, you’ll be able to buy the first two Bilingual Readers titles, Easy Alphabet!/¡Abecedario fácil! and Two Little Libros: Sea Animals/Animales del mar and Jungle Animals/Animales de la selva in shops like El Corte Inglés, FNAC and in specialized bookshops all over Spain as of Tuesday October 20th. If you have any problems finding them at your local bookseller, please let us know and we’ll make sure they’re available to you as soon as possible.
As for those of you who live outside of Spain, our on-line shop will be launching any day now so that we can reach as many families as possible around the world. If your are interested in reserving any of our books before the shop is operable, please send us an email to info@bilingualreaders.com and we’ll contact you as soon as the shop is up and running. We are also currently working on finding a distributor for the US and Latin American markets, so hopefully you’ll be able to find Bilingual Readers products in your area very soon. In the meantime, please come visit us often and be sure to tune in to our blog from time to time. You can also sign up for our monthly newsletter here. We are truly excited about starting this global adventure, and we are so grateful to all of you for helping to spread the word.
