How can I place an order?
Below is a list of ten simple steps on how to find and buy books from our website.
You can consult shipping prices and times for your country. Bilingual Readers sends its books anywhere in the world. The buyer will be responsible for all customs charges, if applicable.
1. Open our shop’s webpage shop.bilingualreaders.com (in the righthand column, please select your language of choice: English or Spanish).
2. Click on the Books tab.
3. Select the book you want and click on the “Add to cart” icon.
4. You can add additional products to your shopping cart by repeating step 3. In order to purchase the items in your cart, click on “Show cart”.
5. In order to complete your purchase, click on “Buy” to see your shopping cart. Make sure that all of the books you would like to purchase appear in your shopping cart. You can eliminate unwanted items by clicking on the “Trash” icon, located on the righthand side of your screen, beside the price for each product.
6. Choose your “Payment method” (PayPal is the only possible method for now, but we will be adding the possibility to pay by credit/debit card soon).
7. Click on “Buy”. If you have not yet logged in, you will be asked to do so or register if you are a first time user. This allows us to provide you with better customer service.
8. Confirm your shipping address or add a new one and click “Continue”.
9. Review your order. If you are satisfied, select the box beside the “I have read and accept the General Conditions” statement on the lower lefthand side of your screen. Click on “Buy now”. You will be directed to a secure page where Paypal will allow you to make payment for your order.
10. You have completed your purchase. Enjoy your books!
How much does shipping and handling cost?
The estimated minimum for shipping is 5.50 € (for one item). Each item has an additional cost of 1.00 €.
When will I receive my order?
If you live in Spain, you will receive your order within five business days. For international orders, the approximate shipping time is ten to fifteen business days.
What should I do if my order never arrives?

Can I return my order
We do accept returns which are made within seven business days of receiving your order. Any and all shipping costs generated by these returns, however, will be paid by the customer.
