Ana Gómez
Bio
I was born in Huelva, Spain, more years ago than I'd like to admit, although in my heart I'll always be a madrileña, since I've lived all but one year of my life in Madrid.
When I was a kid my parents signed me up for art classes when they noticed that I drew all over my homework, and I've been drawing ever since! When I was in university I used to paint huge paintings and swore to myself that I'd never work with a computer...now I spend the better part of my days in front of one doing graphic design. The truth is I love my job. I'm a very happy woman.
Ana has a degree in Fine Arts and Graphic Design, and has worked in some of the most prestigious publicity agencies in Spain. She's currently the Art Director at MRM in Madrid.

Title: Easy Alphabet!/¡Abecedario fácil! (Available in October 2009)
Research shows that learning the alphabet is a fundamental step in the process of learning any language. The Easy Alphabet/¡Abecedario fácil! kit is a great tool for helping your child learn both the English and Spanish alphabets from a very early age. Each of the 27 alphabet flashcards contains a beautifully illustrated letter on one side and a labelled object representing the letter in both English and Spanish on the other side. Printed on sturdy artboard, these cards are perfect for exploring little fingers and developing minds. These cards can be used in a variety of ways to teach Spanish and English vocabulary, letter names and sounds to younger children, as well as to reinforce reading and spelling skills in older children. A practical guide for parents is also included.
